Customers wishing to refund their purchase must email our support team via email@example.com within 29 days of their purchase date. Refund requests through any other means cannot be acted upon until an email is sent to our support team.
If you have an annual membership, you can cancel your Embroidery Business Academy subscription at any time from any future billing. Any cancellation request or refund request must come in through an email to our support desk at firstname.lastname@example.org 7 days before your next rebill is due. In addition to this, any cancellation requests received after payment has been taken cannot be refunded.
If you have purchased a block of time for the Embroidery Software Training or Consulting, there is no cancellation policy.
