Going Through The Website In 12 Weeks
I am going to be taking you through the website and showing you what you need to concentrate on for the next 12 weeks. Each week you should be focusing on one area so that you can learn all of the tips along the way and really learn how to get your business set up for an amazing Grand-Opening!

Video- Week One
During week one you are to concentrate on the How To Start An Embroidery Business and Embroidery Basics. There is a lot of information in this section and it is going to be important for you to start at the beginning and get all of your goals set, figure out what you have and what you need for supplies and then continue on until you have completed week one!
Video- Week Two
During week two you are to concentrate on the Embroidery Techniques and How to Embroider Small Lettering. There is a lot of information in this section and it is going to be important for you to start at the beginning of each section and go through each video on each page. Made sure to write down the tips that you learn along the way.
Video- Week Three
During week three you are to concentrate on the Underlay Stitching, Pull Compensation and Working with Stretch Fabrics. There is a lot of information in this section and it is going to be important for you to start at the beginning of each section and go through each video on each page. Made sure to write down the tips that you learn along the way.

During week four you are to concentrate on Improving Quality, and going through the Editing 101 & 102. I also answer a question about splitting a design into 2 pieces. There is a lot of information in this section and it is going to be important for you to start at the beginning of each section and go through each video on each page. During week five you are to concentrate on Creating Designs from Shapes and Creating Embroidery Design Templates. There is a lot of information inside of these two programs that are going to help you save a lot of time and learn a lot about editing. You need to watch these videos over and over in order to get all of the information that you need to help you grow your business in this area.
Video- Week Six
During week six you are to concentrate on Pricing. You need to get a profitable pricing structure in place, the sooner the better. This imperative if you want to have a successful embroidery business.
Video- Week Seven
During week seven you are to concentrate on your Business Forms. I go over each one so you know how it is used and I show you how to edit them in Excel to add your company information and make them work for you. I also talk about the sales tools and your quoting tools.

During week seven you are to concentrate on your Scheduling System and starting your QuickBooks Set up. This is going to be even more important in this new economy that we are all facing right now.

During week nine you are to concentrate on your Order processing system and finishing your QuickBooks Set up. This is going to be even more important in this new economy that we are all facing right now.

During week ten you are to concentrate on the Basics of Marketing. Get your signature speech ready, your business card and your brochure. Make sure you have your logo done by a professional.

During week eleven you are to concentrate on creating a Followup System. This is extremely important and a must in order to market to your prospects and customers.
Video- Week Twelve
During week Twelve you are to concentrate on working on your website. This is extremely important and a must in order to market to your prospects and customers. I also showed you how to do a Name Stack in your embroidery software.
